Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items: Lingerie and any costumes that include lingerie components, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
  4. Include Documentation: Print and include the completed return form (template provided below) and your original receipt
  5. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns department at:

Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’ll be happy to assist you once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item.
